So the hair chalk is here!! We immediately tried it out and the results are below. It was super fun and super easy too.
Hair chalk how to:
Don't wear white when using hair chalk as the color can transfer to your clothing. Also when using it try to wear a towel around your shoulders as it can get a bit messy.
Super Junior M is showing off some great hair color in the teaser for their latest song Break Down! What caught my eye the most was Ryeowook and Siwon's hair color which can be created using hair chalk. Ryeowook has a combination of green and red, highlights, while Siwon is using grey, green, and yellow. For the color to show up more on dark hair like their's, you could use white chalk first and then layer it with the color you want to use. Check out the hair chalk HERE, and see the pictures below for further inspiration!
Introducing the Innisfree Mineral Makeup Line!! This makeup line contains organic green tea extracts from Jeju Island, will not clog pores, and lets your skin breathe. It's paraben free, mineral oil free, and alcohol free. Because of this, mineral makeup is recommended by dermatologists to those with sensitive and acne prone skin because they are free from ingredients that are most likely to irritate your skin.
Their most popular product from the line, their Mineral Melting Foundation is the first solid foundation which is a 4 in 1 product: sunscreen, foundation, bb cream, and moisturiser. Below is SNSD Yoona's CF for the Innisfree Mineral Melting Foundation. In the first part, she talks about how you can use the foundation every day without clogging your pores or irritating your skin. In the second part she talks about how the foundation will not darken throughout the day so your skin stays bright and glowing, while in the third part she demonstrates how easy and fast it is to use this foundation. Watch the CF and check out the products HERE.
The ladies of SNSD have definitely hopped on the recent trend of crazy hair colours! Yoona shows how cute the streaks of color can look on braided hair, Taeyeon applies colours on the tips of her hair only for a dip-dyed effect, while Hyoyeon mixes it up for a rainbow colored mane. To have your own fun hair color for a day, try hair chalk! Hair chalk is a temporary hair colour that you can apply to selected parts of your hair. The colour washes out in the shower so you can have as much fun as you like without any commitment. Get it HERE. And check out the pictures below for further inspiration!
Knowing the color of your skin undertone can make it easier for you to determine the type of makeup base you should wear. Take the quiz below to determine your undertones!
So which of the statements do you agree with?
BB (blemish balm) creams are an all-in-one facial treatment + moisturiser + makeup to address your specific skin issues and provide natural, sheer tinted coverage to improve the appearance of your skin by covering dark spots and blemishes. Although BB creams generally seem to have a limited range of colours, they oxidise to match your skin tone so that you don't look like you're wearing a lot of makeup.
BB cream was probably the most popular beauty product in 2012. Although BB creams are new to Western makeup brands, they have actually been popular among Korean women since the 1980s! BB creams actually originated from Germany in the 1960s, as a cream that would protect skin that had undergone surgery. However, Korea was the first to adopt BB creams as a cosmetic product in 1985 and it continues to be the best selling beauty product in Korea today.
The type of BB cream you should use depends on the type of skin you have. Below we'll list a couple of examples of BB creams for specific skin issues.

I love wearing thick mascara on my lower lashes. The doe eyed look is both timeless (as seen on Jane Birkin and Mia Farrow to SNSD) and effortless. It's also super easy to do, given you have the right tools! We recommend the Etude Dual Show Long Lash Mascara. This mascara comes with fibers that leave your lashes super thick and long, you'll look like you're wearing false lashes. Curl your lashes, use the black mascara, layer the fibers over it, and then use the black mascara again to cover the fibers. If you want to make your lashes even thicker, repeat the above steps until it's to your liking. To lengthen and thicken your actual lashes, try the Etude Dr. Lash Ampule, which contains 2 lash serums for morning and night. Results show within 4 weeks of routine use.
I find that eyeliner is one of the most important things in my makeup routine, since it can change your look instantly! Of course, you could just line your eyes throughout your lashline and call it a day, but why not go the extra mile and try the oh so popular cat eye. The cat eye is universally flattering because it elongates the shape of your eyes and makes them look bigger and more open. Experiment with the variety of cat eye looks below and see what suits you best! As for your tool of choice, we suggest the Clio Pen Liner in Kill Black, which is a super easy to use, fine tipped pen liner that was practically made for creating cat eye looks.
Yoon Eunhye's pink gradation lips in her new drama "I Miss You" has become a trademark for her character and here's a tutorial on how to copy her look!:
This gradation effect will make your lips look cute and doll like, much like a pouty 1920s lip but in a much more wearable way.
